Ferragamo Miss Vara Clutch Wallet Evaluation – Comfortable Pursuits
I love multi-functional luggage. To me, a versatile bag with a number of uses / looks make the price of the bag extra justifiable. I’ve wished a wallet on a series for some time and narrowed it right down to Ferragamo Miss Vara Clutch wallet and the Prada wallet on a sequence. Since my brother was in Florence for a faculty trip, had to reap the benefits of the nice US to Euro trade price and the VAT returns!
My brother despatched me varied pictures of the color options and we decided on the black, gold trimmed clutch wallet. (Be aware: T-Cellular customers, text and knowledge are free in Italy!) Sadly as soon as I noticed the wallet, the gold trimming was too “much”. I ended up exchanging for the standard clutch wallet in a Ferragamo retailer in the US. That is extra of an everyday, casual bag that is traditional and that i can see myself utilizing when I’m 50 years previous (although I hope that day takes its candy time to come back).
Okay enough of the background story, hopefully this review / discussion can be helpful in case you are on the lookout for a clutch wallet or considering this bag!

Ideas on bag comparisons:
Miss Vara Clutch Wallet vs. Miss Vara Flap Bag
I’ve been considering the Miss Vara flap bag for a few years before the clutch wallet grew to become out there. Between these two, here are 4 simple reasons why I picked the Miss Vara Clutch Wallet:
Design: I prefer the “rectangular” side profile of the clutch wallet over flap bag’s “trapezoidal” shape. Also I desire the flap of the clutch wallet covering the complete base fairly than the flap bag’s three-quarters manner. Overall, I believe the clutch wallet has a extra sleek and “clean” look.
Performance: Although you should utilize flap bag in a number of methods as properly, I actually like the ability for the clutch wallet to simply be a wallet for on daily basis use (nonetheless, for those who need to carry round more gadgets, the flap bag might be the better choice).
Craftmanship: The most important turnoff for the flap bag is the glue on the edges of the bags. It’s just not achieved effectively enough and diminishes the great thing about the bag (for my part). Then again, the leather-based on the clutch wallet is both folded or sewn, leading to much cleaner traces.
Inside Materials: The clutch wallet is generally leather on the inside, with the exception of the back pocket’s cloth lining. The flap bag is generally cloth-lined inside (typically unattractive lining colours).
Overall, I believe the clutch wallet is a greater looking bag and more purposeful. Nonetheless, the color selection, measurement and magnetic closure of the flap bag may make it more fitting for others. Of course, I’ve been lusting over the Miss Vara flap bag for years so I just like the bag too (just the clutch wallet more!)
Ferragamo Miss Vara Clutch Wallet vs. Prada Wallet on a series
This decision was much tougher. Each luggage are fabricated from saffiano leather-based, which fits the durability I was in search of. I really like the thinness of the Prada wallet on chain and wanted the pink shade! However, the double snap closure turned me off (yes I may be very lazy). Additionally, I already owned a Prada bag and wanted to have a Ferragamo in my collection. Plus, I have heard Ferragamo bags are higher built than Prada baggage. Also, have also been stalking the Prada WOC for a couple of years and once i first considered the bag a couple years back, the price was ~$650 and now, the value is $830!!! I simply can’t get over the annoying thought of getting to pay almost $200 additional for a similar bag!
I do should confess though…the pink Prada continues to be calling for me. I love the thinness and coloration of the wallet however I will likely purchase the wallet as a substitute of the WOC.
Apologies for this lengthy publish! I learn each word of blogs and PurseForm reviews earlier than I buy any bag so I attempt to be as comprehensive as possible. If anyone has any questions or comments, please let me know!
